Cheese Making Courses

The next course dates with available places will be presented in Stellenbosch @ the University Food Science Dept.

on 22-23 June 2017 and 13-14 July 2017.

We have at least 1 course date planned in Stellenbosch for the remaining months of 2017 excluding August.

We only release the dates if we are sure of interest making it viable to secure the date but you are welcome to enquire should any of the other months suite you better.

We are also planning courses in Harties NW – 15-16 August 2017 (fully booked at this stage)

Mooi River KZN 21-22 August 2017 (6 places left)

Clarens OFS the first week on October (dates not yet confirmed)
